As a core member unit and hard technology enterprise of Shaanxi Province's photonics industry, Lide Infrared shoulders the important task of cultivating scientific and technological innovation talents in the direction of intelligent infrared optoelectronics, and submitted an application for hard technology innovation talents to the high-tech zone in April 2022. After a three-month selection and evaluation by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the High-tech Zone and the Talent Office of the Party Working Committee, the three senior leaders of Lide Infrared Liu Wei, Guo Defu and Wang Peng and the core personnel of the R&D Center Duan Chengpeng, Han Lei and Guo Jian were awarded the honorary title of "Hard Science and Technology Innovation Talents", and will enjoy the supporting policy support related to hard science and technology innovation II talents in Xi'an High-tech Zone.
