Capability to Assemble Precision Optical Machineries
The company has nearly 50 sets of testing instruments for precision optical equipment assembling, including ZYGO interferometers, digital height meters, infrared testers, 80mm, 200mm, 550mm, 1200mm and 3000mm collimators, dual-optical deflectors, high precision horizontal/vertical centering lathes and other mainstream optical testing and assembling devices both in and outside of China. It is equipped with 100,000-level clean workshops and 1,000,000-level super clean operating tables for precision optical equipment. It can assemble and tune various precision optical lenses, such as prime heat-free, large aperture continuous zoom with a large variable ratio, U-shaped turning optical path, R-C optical path, and off-axis reflecting optical path, etc. The lenses cover ultraviolet, visible light and infrared lamp bands. Spacing precision and optical concentricity of the lenses reaches 0.01mm. The high precision shafting encompasses various turrets and pod products with single, double or triple shafts. The maximum diameter of the single shaft equipment hits Φ300mm, and the assembly precision of shaft wobbling is in arcsecond.
