In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, carry forward the team spirit and enhance the internal cohesion of the enterprise, Xi'an Tellhow Infrared Technology Co., Ltd. held a tug-of-war competition in mid-November 2018. There were 3 tug-of-war competitions, which were held at noon on the 15th, 19th and 20th, with the main slogan of "Race out of friendship, race with style".

The participants were divided into three teams, namely the "Howdu" team, the "Tarzan Next Door" team, and the "Flame" team. Among them, the "Hedu" team is composed of R&D 1, R&D 2 and Finance Department, "Next Door Taishan Team" is composed of the pod special group, marketing department and quality department, and the "Flame Team" is composed of the medical infrared special team, the manufacturing department and the procurement department. In order to reflect the fairness of the competition, a three-game two-win round-robin system is implemented in the form of a lottery.

The players on the field are all scrappy and ready to go. When the whistle of the game sounded, I saw everyone holding the long rope and pulling back desperately! Rhythmic shouts and cheers echoed over the company for a long time. In the moment when the victory and defeat are indistinguishable, the participants do not give in, grit their teeth and persevere to the end. Their tenacious perseverance and fighting spirit moved everyone, and the cheers of the cheerleaders on the scene also added a touch of brightness to the game.

After three round-robin knockout matches, the "Howdu" team finally won the match, and the Tarzan team next door won the second and third places. General Manager Liu Wei and Deputy General Manager Guo Defu presented prizes to the winning teams, and the event ended successfully in a pleasant atmosphere. This tug-of-war competition not only enriched everyone's amateur life, enhanced team cohesion, but also promoted an optimistic and enterprising attitude to life.
