IEADIR will bring its new secondary refrigeration short-wave infrared camera to participate in the optical expo to promote the wide application of infrared technology in multiple scenarios
From September 16 to 18, 2021, Leader IR sincerely invites you to visit, communicate and negotiate business at booth 1E065, Hall 1 of the 23rd China International Optoelectronic Expo.
At this exhibition, our company will exhibit ultra-large aperture large zoom ratio transmissive continuous zoom medium-wave infrared thermal imager, medium-wave refrigerated infrared thermal imager, photoelectric pod, full range of short-wave cameras, medical infrared thermal imagers and intelligent auxiliary diagnosis systems and other infrared equipment and applications.
And will launch a new product---- secondary refrigeration shortwave infrared camera, which adopts an integrated and modular design and has strong environmental adaptability. The product resolution is 640*512, the spectral response range: 0.9um-1.7um, the output frame rate is up to 100Hz, and the linearity ≤ 0.8%. The equipment adopts TEC secondary refrigeration technology to further reduce dark current, which can effectively reduce system noise and provide higher sensitivity and higher quality shortwave infrared images.
It is understood that the imaging principle of short-wave infrared is very similar to that of visible light, except that the wavelength of short-wave infrared can "bypass" fine particles in smoke, fog and haze, with better penetration; Compared with medium wave infrared and long wave infrared, short wave infrared has better detail resolution and resolution ability, and can identify targets well. The use of SWIR imaging enables clear visualization of hard-to-identify samples such as MEMS devices, heavily doped silicon samples, rough-surface samples, wafer bonding, and 3D chip stacking.
In the energy field, short-wave infrared can be used to detect internal defects of silicon materials, detect oil leaks, and identify artificial materials. In the field of agriculture, in January 2018, China's commercial remote sensing satellite group "Jilin No. 1" adopted short-wave infrared remote sensing technology, which can not only classify crops, but also make accurate judgments on crop health conditions. In the military field, short-wave infrared can be used in laser guidance, measurement spot detection, as well as haze, dust, smoke sea environment reconnaissance, homeland defense, border monitoring, etc., the application value is very extensive.
The SWIR camera fills the spectral gap between low-light night vision and mid-wave infrared imaging, and is of great significance for comprehensively obtaining target information in the infrared band. Therefore, Leader infrared has been committed to the research and development of short-wave infrared camera products, after years of accumulation, has formed a rich short-wave infrared camera product series, including 640*512 domestic camera, 1280*1024 high-resolution camera, the launch of secondary TEC depth cooling camera further improved the short-wave infrared camera product series.
Compared with the previous first-stage TEC refrigeration shortwave infrared camera, the most significant feature of this new product is that its detector adopts two-stage TEC cooling, combined with the precise TEC temperature control circuit design and the thermal design of the system, and its maximum cooling temperature difference can reach 45°C. Compared with the first-stage TEC cooled shortwave infrared camera, the second-stage TEC deep-cooled camera further reduces the dark current, thereby effectively reducing the system noise and achieving high sensitivity and high-quality image results.
In addition, the secondary TEC depth refrigeration camera adopts a variety of image processing algorithms such as non-uniform correction, filtering algorithm, enhancement algorithm, dimming algorithm, etc., which can ensure high dynamic range and good linearity, and enhance the display effect of the image.
This SWIR camera has a variety of application scenarios. With superior penetration, the camera can be clearly imaged in fog and haze environments, and can be applied to coastal defense, reconnaissance and surveillance; Compared with visible light, shortwave infrared has strong ability to penetrate clouds and fog, and can be applied to photoelectric theodolite and astronomical observation and range measurement. The secondary TEC deep refrigeration camera can also be used in industrial inspection, such as the use of short-wave infrared transmittance to silicon and other semiconductor materials, which can detect the inside of semiconductor materials, and the use of short-wave infrared to absorb water to detect fruit rot, fluid accumulation, etc.
