At the kick-off meeting, Liu Wei, the general manager of the company, delivered a speech, introducing the company's development status, the background of the project implementation, the significance of the implementation of the special work, and put forward expectations for the achievement and achievement of the project implementation. He emphasized that the company needs to improve management, standardize business processes, carry forward the "craftsman spirit", be pragmatic and down-to-earth to do a good job of products, serve customers, create value for customers with our products and services, and achieve customers. All colleagues of Lide Infrared should seize the historic opportunity of the state's key support for "hard technology" and work together to achieve a cause relying on the company's two 100-billion-level tracks.


In order to realize the company's grand blueprint, it is necessary to have appropriate organizational capacity as a guarantee. At present, the construction of corporate culture, business process sorting and performance evaluation are the top priorities of the company's organizational capacity construction. Therefore, he put forward several specific requirements:

3. Complete the established tasks with quality and quantity;

At the meeting, the heads of both sides of the project introduced the planning and specific implementation plans of each stage of the project. This special plan lasted four and a half months, covering comprehensive research and management diagnosis, corporate strategic planning, corporate culture optimization design, organizational post optimization design, management process system optimization, performance management system optimization, etc. The project team hopes that all members will actively participate in the implementation of the tasks at all stages and provide guarantee for the effective implementation of the project. We believe that with the support of the company's leaders and departments, the special work will be successful.

At the kick-off meeting, Liu Wei, the general manager of the company, appointed Li Xiaolong, the director of human resources, as the project leader of our company, and Ren Bang Consulting appointed Lan Qingxiu as the project manager. The principals of both parties made a special work commitment oath to the company, and also introduced the composition, specific division of labor and work responsibilities of the project team.
