At this time, in the majestic Qinling Mountains, in the green mountains and clear waters, a group building blockbuster with the theme of "Tai Hao Chases the Dream, Aim at the Peak" is being staged

From April 19 to April 20, 2019, all employees of Xi'an Taihao Infrared Technology Co., Ltd. completed a two-day outdoor experiential team development training in the scenic Lantian Tangyu Lake Forest Park. During the event, we all put our hearts and minds into it, worked together to help each other and trust each other, and jointly completed a number of projects that tested teamwork, which fully demonstrated the youthful vitality and spirit of the Taihao infrared team.

In order to improve the team cooperation ability and the competitive spirit of employees, after arriving at the expansion base, everyone was divided into three teams: red, blue and green. Each team spontaneously designed the team name, team call and team song, and selected the team leader and deputy team leader. During the two-day training, each team carried out team style display and game competition ranking, and the winner team with the highest comprehensive score was the winner team, sharing the fruits of victory!

The expansion projects include high-altitude experience, crossing the blockade line, the Hanoi Tower, the Red and Black Commercial War, the jigsaw puzzle, the speed of 60 seconds, inspiring people, and flying to seize the Luding Bridge. These activities make everyone realize that we are a collective. Although we have different division of labor, everyone is very important. We should pool our minds and work together to make scientific decisions and division of labor, and finally achieve the team goal efficiently.
