Coatings: not greater than Φ800mm.

Infrared

Materials: monocrystalline silicon, monocrystalline germanium, zinc selenide (ZnSe), zinc sulfide (ZnS), chalcogenide glass, and aluminum among others.

Surface accuracy: Rt≤0.2um.

Aspheric surfaces: hyperboloid, paraboloid, ellipsoid and other kinds of quadratic aspheric surfaces, higher order aspheric surfaces, diffraction surfaces and curved surfaces.

Aperture range: not greater than Φ440mm.
