In order to improve organizational capacity building, optimize the company's system and process, and strengthen the company's internal management, on December 29, Lide Infrared held a special work kick-off meeting of "organizational capacity improvement", made detailed arrangements for the development of special work, and all project team members attended the meeting.
At the kick-off meeting, Liu Wei, general manager of the company, delivered a speech, introducing the company's development status, the background of the project, the significance of the implementation of the special work, and put forward expectations for the implementation of the project and the results achieved. He pointed out that the company needs to improve management, standardize business processes, carry forward the "craftsman spirit", be pragmatic and down-to-earth to do a good job in products, serve customers well, and use our products and services to create value for customers and achieve customers. All colleagues of Leader Infrared should seize the historic opportunity of the country's key support for "hard technology", rely on the two hundred billion-level tracks owned by the company, and unite to do something.
In order to achieve the company's grand blueprint, to have the appropriate organizational capabilities as a guarantee, the current corporate culture construction, business process sorting, performance appraisal is the top priority of the company's organizational capacity building, for this he put forward several specific requirements:
1. Everyone should take the initiative and deeply participate in promoting the success of the project;
2. In-depth study and mastery of the essence and essentials of management;
3. Complete the set work tasks with quality and quantity;
4. Review the management process with global system thinking, take project implementation as a key task, and implement it;
5. It is necessary to combine theory with practice and make the project into a "high-quality project".
At the meeting, the leaders of both sides of the project introduced the planning and specific implementation plan of each stage of the project, which lasted 4 and a half months, involving comprehensive investigation and management diagnosis, corporate strategic planning combing, corporate culture optimization design, organizational post optimization design, management process system combing, performance management system optimization and other aspects. The project team hopes that all members will actively participate, earnestly implement the tasks of each stage, and provide guarantee for the effective development of the project, and we believe that with the support of the company's leaders and departments, the special work will be a complete success.
At the kick-off meeting, Liu Wei, general manager of the company, appointed Li Xiaolong, human resources director, as the project leader of our company, and the person in charge of Party B appointed teacher Lan Qingxiu as the project manager by Renbang Consulting. The responsible persons of both sides made a special work commitment oath to the company, and also introduced the composition of the project team, the specific division of labor and work responsibilities.
