The IEADIR infrared team building and development activity was successfully held

In order to strengthen the construction of company culture, enhance communication and exchanges between new and old employees, and enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the team, from May 20 to 21, 2022, Lide Infrared carried out an expansion team building activity with the theme of "chasing the light and building dreams together" at the Zhouzhi Water Street International Camp.

Break the ice and open camps to enhance integration

The warmth of the palms, the intimate rubbing of the shoulders, the generous praise... After a few rounds of warm-up games, everyone let go of their restraints and quickly got acquainted with each other. By outwitting the team name, determining the slogan, designing the team emblem, and depicting the team flag, it quickly merged to form six new teams.

Challenge yourself to melt the team

During the competition, the members of each group were enthusiastic and participated in classic projects such as "Frisbee Challenge", "Building a Tower Together", "Retaking the Long March", "Power Circle", "Speed 60 Seconds" and other classic events, and accepted one competition challenge after another, winning great achievements for their respective teams.

At the end of each project, each group comprehensively reviews and summarizes the experience of success and failure: clear goals, reasonable division of labor, respect and trust, and cooperation are the magic weapons to efficiently achieve organizational goals.

After the competition, everyone gathered around the Leader infrared theme background, pulled up banners, and smiled enthusiastically in the group photos.

As night fell, a bonfire once again ignited the enthusiasm of the Leader infrared team. Everyone held hands, sang and danced around the campfire, and talked about drinks. The incomprehension of work melts in the toast collision, and the tired mood is released in the crackling bonfire. The stars shifted, the night was quiet, and the expansion activity was successfully held in a burst of laughter.
