Product Introduction
The high frame rate TEC-cooled short-wave infrared core adopts an InGaAs focal plane TEC-cooled detector, with a resolution of 640x512, a pixel pitch of 15μm, and response wavebands of 0.9μm～1.7μm/0.4μm～1.7μm. It is equipped with TEC deep cooling function, which ensures the detector operates within an appropriate temperature range and further reduces readout noise. The entire unit features an integrated and modular design, with characteristics such as high sensitivity, small size, light weight, and low power consumption. It has rich video output interfaces, supporting multiple formats including CameraLink, SDI, PAL, and GigE, making it easy for customers to integrate and use.
