SWIR Cooled Thermal Imaging Module
Product Introduction
The SWIR camera applies InGaAs focal plane TEC cooled detector, with 640x512 resolution, 15μm pixel spacing, and 0.9μm-1.7μm response band. With primary/secondary TEC Cooling function, the product further reduces the readout noise. The complete device adopts integrated and modular design, with high sensitivity, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, multiple interfaces and other characteristics, easy to be integrated by the customers. The SWIR IR camera can be widely used in astronomical imaging, biomedical treatment, industrial monitoring, machine vision and other applications.
