Product Introduction
The Short-Wave infrared(SWIR) camera adopts InGaAs focal plane TEC cooling detector, resolution 640x512, pixel pitch 15μm, and 0.9μm~1.7μm response wave.It is equipped with two-stage TEC deep cooling function, effectively minimizing readout noise. The whole machine with the feature of integration and modularization.High sensitivity, small size, light weight, low power consumption, and rich interfaces, it is easy for customers to integrate and use.
The SWIR cameras can be widely used in various fields such as border and maritime defense, laser detection, astronomical imaging, security monitoring, biomedical applications, industrial inspection, semiconductor testing, material screening, machine vision, and scientific research.
